I have a high prescription and my first occasion using Webb, Lucas & Stubbs could not have been any better. This is a superb optician and whatever your needs, you'll be in the very best hands and be assured of a warm, friendly service.

I started coming here 20 years ago when my son of 10 was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. They are a recommended Optometrist for eye examinations in people with Type 1 Diabetes. They were excellent with Josh, then my I took my daughter Sadie and older son Sam who needed glasses. Same as with Josh dealt with wonderfully, Sadie gets anxiety and very nervous about her eyes, as she also suffers with Kerakatonis. She is made to feel very welcomed, calm and relaxed, and she would not go anywhere else. Ihave now needed glasses myself for reading for the last 6/7 years so I too am now a client. All Opticians technicians and staff are very professional very helpful friendly and caring. Due to past job I had to go to a well known high street Opticians. Nowhere near the standard and service of Webb and Lucas in Stafford. Thank goodness it was brief and I am now back. They take their time, and care to fully test your eyes, listen to you and help you with your choice of glasses or lenses etc. My family and I will always continue to go here. Mr Webb has a lovley friendly manner. Very respectful and courteous..He is an absolute marvel..his knowledge is amazing he is very thorough . He has the very latest technology to identify any issues early.
There are a wide range of products and the team are happy to help.
Mr Webb always gives credit to his colleagues and is polite and puts you at ease . He has great patience and explains everything properly. He provides full eye screening.
There's a fabulous selection of stylish designer frames. Custom made bespoke. Contact lenses are also a speciality.
The premises are very clean uncluttered and hygienic .There are drinks available. Disabled access. WC.
We would always want to see Mr Webb and have complete confidence in him.
In addition.. Ellie and Emma and Kate are always so kind and helpful.
