The practice offers a patient-focused environment with a small and supportive team of Optical Assistants, Dispensing Opticians and Optometrists. We are committed to staff development and job satisfaction that comes from exceptional patient care rather than strict sales targets. The practice is people-focused, clinically-minded and offers a fabulous boutique of optical frames and specialist lenses.
Experience can vary, and several our current expert team brought their experience and people skills from other fields without prior knowledge of the optical industry. Through a supportive training environment we strive to provide the very highest level of patient services and care and our experienced professionals work collaboratively to support each other and our clients.
